Trauma-informed therapy for Catholics

Mercy-centered therapy for when you’re ready to trust your goodness.

Serving Seattle and all of Washington via telehealth

Our Approach

Helena House exists for Catholics carrying grief, trauma, and anxiety — lives that have asked too much of them, and the quiet sense that they aren't even allowed to say so.

Named after St. Faustina’s baptismal name believe we are made for, broken by, and restored in the context of relationship — and that no one is ever too broken or has done something that makes them unforgivable or unworthy of love.

Our clinicians have experienced healing in their own lives which means you are met here not just with clinical skill, but with the kind of understanding that can only come from having needed it yourself.

In my greatest wounds, I saw Your glory, and it dazzled me.
